Ibiza is always a good idea to go to and now the island is offering something new: Chefs Table Ibiza. A concept on Sept. 29 in which seven Michelin star chefs and the Michelin Sommelier of the Year 2021 have created a 7-course dinner, including exceptional wine pairings. Image: Ibiza Chefs TableIbiza has many delicious restaurants, but only one is proud to carry a Michelin star. When the initiators moved to Ibiza, they thought it was high time some more Michelin stars were allowed to come to the Spanish island. And that is where Chefs Table Ibiza was born.
On Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2021, the Es Vedra will have some extra eyes on it from Villa Uma. During this evening, six round tables for six people will take up residence at the villa. The 36 guests will be served their "signature dish" from each chef and all will be taken on a culinary experience. The menu is carefully coordinated and will be paired with special and complementary wines. Worlds will be brought together that have never been brought together before. The wine pairing will be curated by Edgaras Razminas, the 2021 Michelin sommelier.
