About MASTERS HQ
MASTERS HQ is a leader in prestigious trade fairs, high-end events, and premium media productions. MASTERS HQ is the driving force behind MASTERS EXPO, MASTERS SUMMER EXPO, MASTERSEXPO.COM, MASTERS Magazine, the annual LXRY LIST en MASTERS COMPANY.
In collaboration with conceptional artist YVESKE, MASTERS HQ devises and produces digital concepts, video content and podcasts such as THE GYGS en The Gaze of Gijrath.
The head office is located in a picturesque office on the Amstel River.
The internship
As of May 2026, there will be room at MASTERS HQ for an intern with a technical or data-related education who wants to develop in event operations, ticketing, data analysis en event production. You are a real tech-savvy organizer, someone who gets energy from numbers, systems and smart solutions, but also enjoys the dynamics of events.
As E&P intern You will support the team in the organization, planning, and execution of MASTERS EXPO (December 2026) and MASTERS SUMMER EXPO (June 2026). You will contribute to the entertainment program, ticketing system, data reporting, visitor flows, and the technical production of the events.
What you are going to do

Contribute to the operational preparation from MASTERS SUMMER EXPO and MASTERS EXPO

Support in ticket management and data processing (sales, invitations, reports)

Drafting and optimizing schedules, plans and scripts

Communication with suppliers, artists, management and technology

Support in access management and registration systems

Thinking about data-driven improvements in event processes

Supervising entertainment and artists on location
-
Collecting and analyzing data after events (visitors, sales, traffic, etc.)
Who you are
-
You follow a HBO or WO education in for example Event Management, Creative Business, Data & Tech, Facility Management, Media & Entertainment Management or a technical direction with an affinity for events

If you have only registered with Alvast, you do affinity with data, technology and events
-
You are hands-on making,, strong communication skills and solution-oriented
-
You work in a structured and precise manner and are able to maintain an overview.

You have a feeling for style and quality within the high-end segment
-
You speak fluent Dutch and English

You like to work together, but you are also independent
