The face of Sofie van der Sterren previously appeared on the cover of MASTERS Magazine. The edition also included an interview with the model: “The truth is that I am a product of this amazing time we live in. The World AI Creator Awards (WAICAs) aim to recognize the achievements of AI creators worldwide and is in collaboration with social platform Fanvue, a kind of OnlyFans, but only with digitally created models. The first event of WAICA – which aims to become the Oscars of the tech world – is the Miss AI election.
Contestants are judged on some classic aspects of beauty pageants, including appearance, grace and their answers to a series of questions. But the skill and use of AI tools are also examined, as well as the visual details of, for example, the hands, eyes and backgrounds. In addition, participants can earn additional points based on their engagement with fans on Fanvue, the growth rate of their followers and their activity on other social platforms such as Instagram.
The jury also has a modern touch. This consists of the AI models, Emily Pellegrini and Atiana Lopez. But in addition to these two AI models, a human expert will also be part of the panel. Sally Ann Fawcett, a renowned historian from Great Britain, will also take a seat in the jury room. Fawcett has more than ten years of experience as a judge at the Miss Great Britain pageant.
Registration for the election is now open. Miss AI 10 will be announced on May 2024.
