To a collaboration with the French designer Philippe Starck, Edgar will not say "no" and at the moment, sales abroad continue to grow. So a good year for the company. The Manoir Restaurant of Jannis and his wife Claudia takes its name from its location in the polders of Zeeland on the narrowest part of Zuid-Beverland between the Ooster and Westerschelde estuaries. Beautiful garden where in summer delicious lunch or dinner can be enjoyed. Jannis prefers to cook with regional products, Oosterschelde lobster, oysters, mussels from the waters of Zeeland and from the land suckling lamb, as well as vegetables such as sea lavender and samphire.
