Regent Seven Seas Cruises

What better enhances the pleasure of travel than gourmet food and drink? Well, indeed: this was exactly the reason for launching the new concept. With Epicurean Perfection Regent eleven presents Epicurean Spotlight Voyages starting in 2023, 2024 and 2025. These eleven new cruises promise to offer travelers an exceptional culinary experience with some of the most talented and successful professionals in world gastronomy.

"We want to give our guests an unparalleled culinary experience both on board and ashore."

Epicurean Perfection says it goes beyond traditional culinary offerings at sea and invites guests to taste and discover the world around them with Unrivaled Cuisine, Epicurean Explorations and Epicurean Enrichment. The new concept was co-developed by the expert culinary teams of Regent Seven Seas Cruises and includes a multitude of activities. President, Andrea DeMarco is very excited about the launch: ''We want to give our guests an unparalleled culinary experience, both on board and ashore, with our range of world-class restaurants, culinary excursions, tours, workshops and tastings.''

Epicurean Spotlight Voyages

To name but one example of the total of eleven exceptional Epicurean Spotlight Voyages this year, for example, is the cruise from Sewerd to Vancouver starting June 21. A culinary journey through the Alaskan wilderness with journalist, writer and author Mark Bittman and Executive Chef Wolfgang Maier of Regent. A great opportunity for guests to discover local cuisine and traditions during excursions and cooking demonstrations with Mark. Chef Wolfgang will demonstrate how the onboard culinary team gets local ingredients and how they use them to perfect the onboard culinary offerings.

Or how about an Epicurean Spotlight Voyage through Greece and Turkey with Chef Fearing. Also called the "Father of American Southwestern Cuisine." Fearing's eponymous restaurant at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Dallas has won many awards, including the "#1 in Hotel Dining" distinction from the prestigious Zagat Survey. The chef treats guests to signature Texas cuisine aboard Seven Seas Splendor® and reveals his cooking techniques during demonstrations and presentations. He also goes ashore with guests to explore local flavors and traditions.

Also this year, Regent Seven Seas Cruises will be present at MASTERS EXPO - The Magical Edition from December 7 to 11, 2023.
