Bluespoon's Guest Bartender Nights

Rémi Massai will be a guest bartender on the evenings of June 24 and 25 from XNUMX p.m. to midnight. Rémi has the honor of working with the bartending team to provide guests with delicious, handmade cocktails and thus bring action combined with entertainment to the table.    Rémi Massai or the “French and Stormy” is a bar chef and mixologist who has been active in the world of catering and events for more than 10 years. He carefully creates original and tasty cocktails that are also presented as small works of art with an eye for detail and that match his style and uniqueness. Rémi's talent is also recognized in France where he was one of the three finalists in the Bacardi Legacy Bartender Global Cocktail Competition. 

Bluespoon lifts the veil with three recipes that Rémi will make for the special occasion: a Divine Idyll prepared with Citadelle Gin, a French one Daiquiri prepared with Rhum Plantation Dark and a Le Café Express prepared with Cognac Pierre Ferrand.
