Khloe Kardashian took over Justin Bieber's spacious home in 2014. Altogether 1000 square meters of comfort. A few years and a number of renovations later, the superstar is ready for a new living environment and has sold her villa for just under 17,5 million euros. Text: Larissa Schaule Jullens

Khloe bought the house at the time for 6,5 million euros and she is said to have invested a lot of money in the renovations. Among other things, several of Justin Bieber's skate rinks on the site are said to have been removed and the entire house was also given a new one cool. The house then even made the cover of Architectural Digest magazine. The estate is located in the gated community of Calabasas in Los Angeles, perched on a high ridge with long views of the surrounding hills. The home has six bedrooms, a meditation room, a home theater, indoor and outdoor bar, built-in spa, sheltered patios and a huge garden with swimming pool. You can also float somewhere different in the house every day of the week, because each bedroom has an adjacent luxurious bathroom. Khloe has moved to the nearby guard-gated community of Hidden Hills, where she and her husband Tristan Thompson will live in a brand new, modern townhouse. The buyer – who announced his purchase via Instagram – is Dhar Mann. He is the cosmetics entrepreneur who became a world-famous lifestyle guru and vlogger via YouTube.
