Jack's Bay is an exclusive resort club and residential community on Eleuthera, an island in the Bahamas. The complex will be equipped with homes and unique facilities, such as a clubhouse, restaurants, bars, tennis court and an incredible golf course. Every golfer should put this 18-hole course on their bucket list, because it is the first Nicklaus Heritage® golf course in the world. The American golf pro Jack Nicklaus has designed hundreds of courses around the world with his company Nicklaus Design and now he has added a unique gem. Tiger Woods also makes a significant contribution with a 10-hole course, which the golf pro designed himself with his company TGR Design. The resort is now well on its way to becoming the best, high-end golf destination in the Caribbean.

De championship course of 18 holes at Jack's Bay will highlight characteristics unique to the region, combining the best of golf with authentic local features. Jack's Bay is home to a separate 10-hole playground designed by Tiger Woods and TGR Design. The finishing touches to the Nicklaus Heritage® course are expected to be completed in 2025, making Jack's Bay the first project in the world with an 18-hole golf course from Nicklaus Design in combination with Tiger Woods.

The resort will also join the Nicklaus Community – an award given to only a very select number of projects around the world. The very first is now being awarded to a job in the Caribbean. Nicklaus Heritage® designs incorporate the design philosophies and values ​​imparted to Nicklaus designers during their careers working with Jack on world-renowned golf courses.
