Encore by Simonis, The Hague

Simonis is a family business with the fourth generation of Simonis at the helm. What originally started as an eel smokehouse has grown into a wonderful company with several restaurants. Encore by Simonis is located on the Scheveningen harbor and highly recommended. Be sure to try the delicious sushi here. More of a meat lover?

Finca, Rotterdam

The restaurant is located in the heart of Kralingen Farm. The cuisine uses Spanish influences from all over the world. You can eat Peruvian sushi, but also Argentinian steak.

Jansz, Amsterdam

Restaurant Jansz is part of the Pulitzer hotel and is located in a side street of the Keizersgracht. The kitchen is modern Dutch with products brought to and from the Netherlands.

Breakers Beach House, Noordwijk

Breakers Beach House is located on the beach with a beautiful view over the Noordwijk coast. The dishes change with the season. In winter you will be kept warm by a cozy and warm fireplace. A menu with a rich diversity of fish. Of course, there is no other option when you are so close to the coast. But that does not mean there is a lack of meat on the menu.

Ruby Rose, Utrecht

Ruby Rose is a wine and food bar with an impressive interior. The restaurant is located on the Korte Jansstraat in a 1904 Art Nouveau building. The restaurant has an endless range of wines, which you can drink at their immense bar. The bar is located in the middle of the restaurant and is just as breathtaking as the rest of the restaurant.
