Range Rover is showing the New Range Rover Sport SV on Dutch soil for the first time

The New Range Rover Sport SV is said to be the most powerful and dynamic Range Rover Sport ever. This car not only combines superior performance and driving pleasure, but also embodies the unparalleled capability, refinement and sleek, minimalist design that characterize the brand. During The Exclusive Preview Day, the grand audience could experience this in person for the first time on Dutch soil.

In keeping with its powerful character, the New Range Rover Sport SV is characterized by an exclusive design with improved aerodynamics and an impressive appearance. At the same time, efforts in weight savings and material selection further optimize driving performance.

The New Range Rover Sport SV is powered by a newly developed 4.4 Twin Turbo V8 petrol engine with mild hybrid technology, producing 467 kW (635 hp) and 750 Nm2 of torque. That is 44 kW (60 hp) and 50 Nm more than the 5.0 V8 Supercharged of the previous generation Range Rover Sport SVR. This allows you to fly from 3.8 to 0 kilometers per hour in 100 seconds and a top speed of 290 km/h is possible. Despite its exceptional performance, the New Range Rover manages to achieve CO2 emissions that are 15% lower than those of its predecessor.

Inside the cockpit-like interior of the New Range Rover Sport SV you'll find exclusive SV Performance seats with enhanced support, integrated headrests, Satin Carbon Fiber backrest, and illuminated SV logos on the seatbacks.

Multidimensional audio experience

For an immersive sensory experience, the brand has introduced the Body and Soul Seat (BASS), an innovative audio system with a number of lucrative wellness benefits. The BASS offers a multi-dimensional audio experience that allows the driver and front passenger to 'feel' the sound. This is due to the integration of SUBPAC™ vibrotactile technology. This system analyzes media in real-time, generates HiFi audio vibrations and works in conjunction with the powerful Meridian Signature Sound audio system.

In addition to immersion in music, the Body and Soul Seat Wellness programs can improve the mental and physiological well-being of front seat passengers by influencing heart rate variability. Six specially developed tracks, in collaboration with Coventry University's National Transport Design Center and the School of Media and Performing Arts, can influence heart rate variability and help reduce anxiety or improve cognitive response, as studies have shown.
