MOST EXPENSIVE OBJECT: DIVING YACHT M7

The Austrian company Migaloo Submarines is the brains behind the M7, a gigantic superyacht that also functions as a submarine. With a length of 283 meters, the yacht is the largest submarine ever and has, among other things, a helipad, jacuzzi, cinema, outdoor swimming pool, wine cellar, library, VIP suites and various bars and clubs. The garage has room for mini submarines, yachts, water games and cars. From the dining room you can also enjoy a beautiful view of the underwater flora and fauna. Because the most special thing about the M7 is that it can remain independently underwater for weeks at a depth of more than 300 meters.

M7 has an impressive price tag

While more yacht builders have focused on private 'submersibles' in recent years, most of them are dependent on other boats for transport, maintenance and supplies. M7, on the other hand, is completely self-sufficient and by far the most luxurious of them all. The prototype has a sales price of between 1,8 and 2,4 billion euros. This makes M7 the most expensive private object available worldwide. The Migaloo company has not yet found a buyer to have the submarine yacht produced. We hope that a buyer will emerge soon, so that we no longer have to just look at the computer-generated images.
