Enjoy Michelin stars under the stars on Ibiza

Chefs Table Ibiza is a concept in which seven Michelin-starred chefs and the 2021 Michelin sommelier of the year have created a 7-course dinner.

Ibiza is always a good idea to go and now the island offers something new: Chefs Table Ibiza. A concept on September 29 involving seven Michelin star chefs and the Michelin sommelier of the year 2021 a 7-course dinner have put together, including an exceptional wine arrangement. Image: Ibiza Chefs Table Ibiza has many delicious restaurants, but only one restaurant can proudly carry a Michelin star. When the initiators moved to Ibiza, they thought it was high time that more Michelin stars were allowed to come to the Spanish island. And there Chefs Table Ibiza was born.

On Wednesday, September 29, 2021, the Es Vedra will have some extra eyes on it from Villa Uma. During this evening, six round tables for six people will be placed in the villa. The 36 guests are served his or her signature dish by each chef and are all taken into a culinary experience. The menu has been carefully coordinated and will be combined with special and complementary wines. Worlds are brought together that have never been brought together before. The wine pairing will be composed by Edgaras Razminas, the 2021 Michelin sommelier.
