Our stands travel to the next edition.
At a fair, most materials are used for stand construction. Walls, floors and furniture, for five days. We made a different choice in that regard years ago.
Reuse
Every stand that MASTERS itself produces goes into storage afterwards. The following year it is on the floor again. So we do not build new stands for each edition.
That requires space, maintenance and a design that can handle a second and a third life. That is why our stands look the way they look.
Together with RAI Amsterdam
MASTERS EXPO takes place in RAI Amsterdam. The RAI sets requirements for organisers, stand builders and suppliers. We go through these with them every edition.
What comes out of that applies, for us, to everyone on the floor. Also for the builders and the suppliers.
In practice
After the fair, the stand is dismantled and stored.
The following year it is set up again, fitted out for whoever is exhibiting then.
The requirements of RAI Amsterdam also apply to exhibitors, stand builders and suppliers.
Every edition we go through them again with the RAI.
What does MASTERS EXPO do about sustainability?
MASTERS EXPO reuses the stands it delivers itself. After the fair, they go into storage. The following year they are set up again on the floor. In addition, MASTERS looks together with RAI Amsterdam every edition at what can be improved.
Are the MASTERS EXPO stands rebuilt every year?
No. The stands that MASTERS delivers itself return every edition. They are stored and fitted out again the following year for the participant exhibiting there.
Where does MASTERS EXPO take place?
MASTERS EXPO 2026 takes place from 10 to 14 December 2026 in RAI Amsterdam.
Do the sustainability agreements also apply to exhibitors and suppliers?
Yes. The requirements that RAI Amsterdam sets for an organiser apply at MASTERS EXPO to everyone on the fair floor. Also to exhibitors, stand builders and suppliers.

Reuse of stand building is where we have made the most progress. On other elements we are at the beginning. We will mention those here as soon as there is something to show.
