MASTERS EXPO partner Waterdream has won a prestigious award. Last Saturday the Waterdream California 52' won the Best Innovation award at the World Yacht Trophies in Cannes. The yacht was officially launched at the Amsterdam Maritime Museum in August.

Image: WaterdreamThe innovative design of the boat is complete human centric to optimize the experience of its guests during a day on the water and bring everyone together. It is a practical, versatile boat for a weekend away with family and friends, but a one-man boat trip is just as enjoyable due to the ease of the control system. The James Bond boat has a minimalist, classic design and offers the most spacious layout compared to other weekend boats. Everything is centered around the striking W steering wheel with Garmin navigation, which is surrounded by the best audio setup from Rockford Fosgate. The rear has a spacious garage with electricity for a tender, jet ski or other water gadgets. The two-meter high cabin is fully equipped with sleeping places, kitchen, bathroom and a seating area, which can be converted into extra sleeping places. The boat therefore offers accommodation for up to five people. The Volvo Penta drive in combination with the fully aluminum hull ensures thirty percent lower fuel consumption. Moreover, the use of aluminum and other selectively chosen materials makes the boat no less than eighty percent sustainable. Waterdream has been building boats for various lifestyles since 2012. They don't just stick to boats, but create a full package of extensive services to nautical clothing and gadgets such as seabobs and flyboards. The California 52′ is a collaboration with Van Der Valk Shipyards and Vripack Yacht Design Studio; the model was built entirely by hand in less than five months using the latest technology, with three new boats already under construction. Although every detail has been carefully considered, Waterdream offers its customers ample opportunities to apply their own wishes.
