During MASTERS EXPO, a glimpse of what's to come will be revealed: Luna Nova Residences. Just twenty minutes outside Marbella, a residential resort is emerging where Andalusian charm, international allure, and Dutch design collide. Including a special premiere: the first branded residence project from the Dutch company Eichholtz.

Anyone who regularly visits Spain's southern coast knows: there's no shortage of luxury. Yet, Luna Nova Residences stands out. Not for what it adds, but rather for what it leaves out. Thoughtful choices, clean lines, and a touch of Dutch common sense.

The resort consists of apartments, penthouses, and townhouses, nestled in a green setting. No high-rises, no crowds, just open spaces and panoramic views of the Malaga mountains and the Sierra Nevada. The homes are designed to move with the pace of life.

A first

For the first time, Eichholtz is collaborating on a branded residence. The Dutch brand, renowned for its interiors worldwide, is supplying all the furnishings. Eric Kuster designed the interior. His style complements the surroundings without being overtly imposing.

And just imagine: waking up with a view of the mountain valley, sliding doors open, feet in the grass. A morning doesn't have to be more than that.

The outdoor space was designed by Erik Knops. The planting is Mediterranean, and the layout is clear. No strict grid, but paths that seem to wind their way naturally. There are several places to sit, alone or with others.

For those who need it, there's plenty to fall back on. Two swimming pools for those who like to start their day with exercise. A bright and spacious gym, and a yoga and Pilates deck where the outdoors naturally become part of the workout. Padel courts for those who want a faster pace, and a co-working space where you can work without distractions. And then there's the abundance of greenery, tranquility, and plenty of space to occasionally do absolutely nothing.
