This summer, chef Giacomo Tasca will take you to authentic Italy. Expect a menu of fresh dishes and seasonal ingredients sourced from local suppliers. By using fresh ingredients, embracing the local culinary scene and discovering new suppliers, TOZI aims to offer a refined dining experience where tradition and taste come together with the summer menu until September.

The new menu includes: fresh maccheroncini with lamb bacon, chicory, red onion and Pecorino cheese, grilled octopus with Padrón pepper and yoghurt dressing and sea bream with salty fingers cucumber, kumquat and lemon dressing.

Giacomo's favorites

Lamb has a special place in Giacomo's heart as his favorite cut of meat. This dish is inspired by the flavors and ingredients from his hometown of Rome, resulting in a strong and rich taste. The white sauce used in this dish gives a unique twist without tomatoes. Yogurt dressing reminds Giacomo of summer. The octopus is slow-cooked in its own water at a low temperature for six hours before being grilled to perfection. The addition of Padron pepper provides a kick. Kumquat, known for its strong and sour taste, goes perfectly with the salty of the salty fingers. A balanced dish that is enhanced with a refreshing taste with the addition of a lemon dressing. The sea bream comes into its own perfectly.
