FG Restaurant – Rotterdam

We could all use a little extra love during this time. The Valentine's Day box from Francois Geurds will make your Valentine's Day complete. The seven-course menu consists of powerful, wintery and, above all, tasty dishes that will immediately make your mouth water. Dinner starts with homemade and the most famous butter in the world: algae butter. The starter consists of no fewer than five different preparations of topinambur, an Jerusalem artichoke. Black winter truffle, among other things, is used in this. The main course, a beef steak cooked for 24 hours with celeriac, gravy and various garnishes, perfectly complements the flavors of the small starters. Hopefully there is still a little room left for the chocolate dessert and the homemade chocolates... This sounds like music to your ears, right?
