It previously emerged that Beyoncé's Renaissance tour will generate almost €2 billion. It is clear that things are going well. Together with husband Jay-Z, the singer recently became the new owner of the most expensive house ever sold in the entire state of California.

The couple's new addition is located on a bluff on 8 acres of land with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean in the Paradise Cove area. The place is also known as Billionaires' Row, because many billionaires have bought a home there.

Architect Tadao Ando designed the minimalist masterpiece of concrete and glass with a living area of ​​over 3.700 square meters. The new home was built on behalf of art collector William Bell who bought the land in 2003. The house is L-shaped and has large hallways, an outdoor swimming pool and meter-high windows.

Well negotiated 

According to sources, the gigantic villa was on silent sale for around € 273 million. Nevertheless, the couple managed to negotiate well and ultimately signed an amount of € 185 million. This purchase makes the villa the most expensive home ever sold in California.

The previous record was held by entrepreneur and billionaire Marc Andreessen. He bought a nearby home in 157 for approximately €2021 million.
