Your own perfume
House of Rituals is a new holistic shopping and lifestyle concept from the Amsterdam cosmetics and lifestyle brand Rituals. The opening will take place in two phases. The first phase started in October with the opening of the ground floor with familiar Rituals collections and Rouhi restaurant, and the first floor with the new premium collections. There you can make your own scented candle, mix your own shampoo and, together with a scent sommelier, create your own perfume at the perfume bar based on the perfumes from The Talisman Collection. Phase two will follow in early summer 2021 with the opening of the Mind & Body spas. The Talisman Collection, price: €99 (single bottle), €129 (set).

Making a profit with whisky
It started in an old bulb shed. It is now Scotch Whiskey International leading in investing in Scottish single malt whiskey and providing asset management. Whiskey comes across as a very safe investment product: between 1936 and 2008, whiskey increased in value by an average of 6,6 percent and from 2008, when whiskey was introduced as an investment product, even by 15 percent. Founder Michel Kappen: “The major advantage of whiskey compared to other alternative investments is that whiskey does not lose quality in the bottle and there are no costs involved.
