With the theme #YouAreIncluded, the rainbow runner will once again be rolled out in Amsterdam from 1 to 6 August for the annual Pride Amsterdam. On August 5, the world-famous boat parade will sail through the Amsterdam canals, but there is much more to do around Pride. MASTERS recommends some of the must visits.

Pride Photo Exhibition

An open-air LGBTQIA+ photo exhibition can be admired in the Westerpark until August 10. This year's theme is 'The Process of Change', with which the organization wants to show how the LGBTQIA+ community worldwide has repeatedly managed to affirm its right to exist through creativity, fighting spirit and resilience.

Senior Pride Concert

Put August 3 in your diary. Because in the full program of Pride Amsterdam 2023, Concert op het Plein on the Nieuwmarkt Amsterdam is a small gem that, according to the organization, you should certainly not miss. The intimate and colorful concert is there to thank and honor the pink pioneers for what they have meant to the community. A wide variety of music, a relaxed atmosphere and recognizable songs will frame the evening.

Pride East

On August 2, the residents of East celebrate diversity in the broadest sense. The festival offers two stages with music and acts, local talent, a market with information and food stalls and various activities for children. The TransPride Walk will start in the Oosterpark between 15.00:16.00 PM and XNUMX:XNUMX PM.
