Ranging from 90 to 400 m² with an endless view of the sea, beach, dunes and harbor, Mares has been awarded the “Best Luxury Apartment Living in the Netherlands” by the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2024.

The sustainably designed building has an innovative design with a large recess on the sea side that allows sun and light to penetrate deep into the building, opening onto a sheltered courtyard. The rounded shapes of the terraces create a gradual transition from the soft nature to the rugged harbour. The spacious terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows without thresholds also provide an optimal view inside. The homes are light and feel grand, partly due to the above-average ceiling height. Monday 16 December from 13.00:15.00 to XNUMX:XNUMX the program will conclude with Business Monday: Mares Living the Coastal Life. During this inspiring business lunch Dynamis Makelaars will share valuable insights into the latest trends and developments within the high-end housing market.
