Under the lens: the Nautilus by Patek Philippe

In 1998, Patek Philippe unveiled the very first Nautilus with a complication. During the 22 previous years the model was only equipped with a simple date indication; nothing more, nothing less. Now a so-called power reserve indicator was added to the dial, resulting in a unique appearance. Do these terms sound unfamiliar to you?
