The most expensive dish in the world is the Kobe Beef taco. With ingredients such as Almas Beluga Caviar and black truffle brie, this is a true taste explosion. It is served on a corn tortilla containing gold flakes. It is served with an exotic salsa consisting of dried morita chili peppers, Ley.925 ultra-premium añejo tequila and coffee beans. Fortress Stilt Fisherman Indulgence
At the Fortress Resort and Spa in Galle, Sri Lanka, the Fortress Stilt Fisherman Indulgence known as the world's most expensive dessert. It is only prepared on special request. The dessert features a stilt fisherman that is handmade from chocolate. The base is made from an Italian cassata and it is flavored with Baileys Irish Cream. The presentation of this dish is simply breathtaking. It is served on a mango leaf with pomegranate seeds, a champagne sabayon sauce and it is topped with pieces of gold leaf. This unique dessert has an 80-carat aquamarine stone that is set on the chocolate stilt of the fisherman. The price? €12.000 euros.Photo: Pcma
Beluga's Almas Caviar
In Dubai's only caviar restaurant, Beluga, one 250-gram portion of Almas caviar sells for €8.000. Almas is known in the caviar world as King of Kings because it is the rarest and most expensive caviar in the world. The 24-carat gold cigar that is served as decoration has a value of €350. Fleurburger 5000
The FleurBurger 5000, served at Fleur restaurant in Las Vegas, is the most expensive burger in the world. The burger is made from exclusive Wagyu beef and is topped with foie gras and truffles.
