First Mercedes-Maybach with a plug

Electrification is also the order of the day in the very highest segment. So it has Mercedes-Maybach recently unveiled its first plug-in hybrid car. “The Mercedes-Maybach S 580 e represents a crucial step in the transformation of our heritage brand towards an electric future,” said Daniel Lescow, Head of Mercedes-Maybach at Mercedes-Benz Group AG. In electric driving mode, the Mercedes-Maybach S 580 e can travel up to 100 kilometers completely electrically and silently. Under the hood lies a 3,0-liter inline-six. Partly thanks to an electric motor, the limousine sprints from 5,1 to 0 in 100 seconds. The total system power is 510 hp and 750 Nm. The maximum speed with electric power is 140 km/h and when the petrol engine kicks in, 250 km/h.

Lando's ideal Artura

Formula 1 driver Lando Norris has his ideal McLaren Artura designed. He selected the Aurora Blue color for the exterior and the Vision option for the interior. The modern Vision package consists of Extended Nappa Leather and Alcantara finishes in light tones. Inspired by his characteristic blue-yellow racing helmet, Lando opted for bright yellow brake calipers, which contrast beautifully with the alloy rims in glossy black. Lando goes for top performance and therefore added carbon fiber packages to the interior and exterior of his personalized Artura. The front splitter, diffuser, rear bumper and exterior mirrors are all beautifully finished in Gloss Finish Visual Carbon Fiber, carbon fiber with a high-gloss finish. McLaren's online Artura configurator offers fans and customers the opportunity to copy Lando's specs or create their own dream car.

Valhalla on wheels

De Aston Martin Valkyrie is probably the most uncompromising hypercar ever built. Partly because of the price tag of around 3 million ex taxes, Aston Martin decided to also build a slightly more modest supercar. That became the Aston Martin Valhalla. It is a good step lower on the ladder than the Valkyrie, but with a target price tag of 700.000 euros (ex VAT) it is still well worth the price. You get a lot of nice things for that. Because in contrast to the uncompromising aerodynamics of the Valkyrie, the Valhalla has very clean lines. The 'simple' design makes the Valhalla one of the most beautiful Astons ever. And the numbers? Not exactly modest: 1.012 hp, 350 km/h and 0-100 in 2,5 seconds. You can already order, delivery will start in 2024.
