Italian car manufacturer launches real estate project

Lamborghini previously launched a real estate project in Dubai. The Italian car manufacturer decides to do it again and now presents its first project in Europe. The Tierra Viva complex is being built among the lush hills of Andalusia. For when you really can't get enough of cars...

Marbella is just a 10-minute drive away - without Lamborghini perhaps 15... -. Tierra Viva was created in collaboration with real estate company Dar Global and includes a total of 53 villas. Of course all inspired by the design of sports cars. 

The villas are placed at different heights, so that every resident has panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. In total you can choose from three different types of villas: Diamante, Zafiro and Esmeralda. Each type has a rooftop pool, several terraces and a large garden. What should of course not be missing is a spacious driveway. 

Lamborghini style 

As for the interior, the minimalist design approach is carried through through the use of light colors. The villas have floor-to-ceiling windows, marble floors and fine leather upholstery. According to the Italian carmaker, the design of the villas is “directly inspired by the brand's supercars, with interiors with refined finishes inspired by Lamborghini style.”

The strategic location of the property project offers residents easy access to several attractions, including the beach, Puerto Banús, the Golden Mile and Marbella Marina.
