Meet Jordi van den Bussche aka Kwebbelkop

Jordi van den Bussche, also known as YouTube star Kwebbelkop, started posting videos on YouTube in 2008. Since 2012, he has been uploading daily videos in which he plays and comments on video games, with international success. Kwebbelkop now has almost 15 million subscribers on his channel, his videos have been viewed over 6,6 billion times and he can call himself the country's biggest YouTuber. In addition to his career on YouTube, he recently launched his own NFT platform: LaunchMyNFT.

Jordi: “In terms of atmosphere and aesthetics, MOS is my absolute favorite: you not only enjoy the beautiful view over the IJ, but you also feel unforcedly welcome thanks to the beautifully designed interior, which despite its modern approach still has a has classic warmth and decadence. And I haven't even mentioned their ever-delicious fine dining experience and their always spot-on whiskey recommendations!”

Spectrum, Amsterdam

Jordi: “Of all the Amsterdam hotspots that value gastronomy, I notice that I prefer to return to Spectrum again and again. Interesting textures, explosive flavor combinations, colorful visual delights: the dishes at Spectrum always surprise me. The fact that the restaurant is located in the (also impressive) Waldorf Astoria is therefore an added value for the hotel rather than the other way around.”

Bar TwentySeven, Amsterdam

Jordi: “I can be simple about Bar TwentySeven: it is simply delicious, Amsterdam-style. And that is truly a great achievement considering the luxury it radiates; I notice that most other hotspots often have to choose between good, casual vibes or an impressive high-end experience. At Bar TwentySeven, however, you are served at your every need, but you also feel that you can be completely yourself. Delicious."
