Restaurant Verde, Four Seasons Resort, Dubai, UAE
“A place where food turns into a party. At a certain point the music is so loud that you can hardly talk to each other. It's nice that you don't have to go to a club anymore, but can just stay in the restaurant. You don't have that at this level in the Netherlands.”
Hotel de Paris, Monaco
“One of my favorite hotels worldwide. I think the suites are very nice. Classic, but white and modernized, with very high ceilings and a balcony. For me, Hotel de Paris is really a benchmark of what I consider a nice hotel.”
Casa Maca, Can Palau de Dait, Ibiza
“100 percent one of our absolutes favorites. They have an open kitchen and everything they make there is prepared on a fire: vegetables, meat, fish... With such a nice smoky flavor. Not normal. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.
Mamzel, Marbella, Spain
“A more concept-like restaurant with a dose of entertainment. Expect long tables, live artists, good food and a beautiful view of Marbella.”
Beso Beach, Formentera
“We often rent a boat when we are in Ibiza and anchor off the coast of Formentera. A tender will pick us up, after which we will have lunch at Beso Beach. Tip: take the late shift, because after that it will be a great party, full throttle.”
