Stallone had his custom-built home built over 25 years ago in an exclusive section of Beverly Hills. The home sits on a spacious 3,5-acre lot. It has eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and three half bathrooms. As you might expect from a movie star, the home also has some extravagant rooms, including a cigar room, a home gym, a wet bar, a home theater, a sauna, and a steam room. Plus, walking your dog in the morning might be a lot more fun knowing that there's a chance you'll be Justin Bieber of Hailey Baldwin encounters. Other known neighbors are: Eddie Murphy, Mark Wahlberg en Denzel Washington. 

On the outside you will find an infinity pool with unparalleled views of the surroundings. And a nice extra: there is an extra accommodation for guests on the site, which also has two floors. Two for the price of one, shall we say...

The asking price of 71 million euros has already been adjusted, as the house was previously offered for approximately 81 million. The real estate agent indicates that the Stallones were not sure at first whether they wanted to sell the house. As a result, they gave the house a higher sales price. Now that it is certain that the house can go, the Stallones have reduced the price by 10 million.

Looking at the photos, this price seems very justified. The real estate agent and indicates that the property is a modern, world-class Mediterranean compound and is located in an upscale, guard-gated and star-studded community. She also says that despite its size it is a very comfortable house to live in; a family home, but still sexy. Stallone's stamp is unmistakable.
