As vaccination efforts increase, it appears that we can again make careful plans for next summer. According to luxury travel experts, the Mediterranean is a favorite, especially Greece. Greece previously announced that it will open May 14 to travelers who have been vaccinated or who can provide proof of a negative Covid-19 test. Holiday places in Greece

1. Kalesma

At this resort, located on Mykonos, you wake up to the smell of freshly baked bread coming from a brick oven. You can spend the day at the infinity pool, enjoy Cycladic specialties and enjoy sea views in the restaurant and in the hotel. All 25 accommodations are suites or villas, all of which have a private patio and swimming pool. The style of the hotel is modern-chic and the interior is made of regional wood, marble and stone. 2. Grace hotel Santorini

The Grace hotel by Auberge Resorts Collection is located on the cliffs of Santorini. Besides being one of the few hotels on a cliff that welcomes children, this place is especially popular for its spectacular sunset views. The swimming pool is also the largest on the island at 22 meters. The Grace Villa has been renovated this year, this accommodation has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a swimming pool, a wine and cigar bar, an outdoor fireplace and a steam room. A private chef and butler are also available.

3. The Rooster

Lifestyle resort The Rooster is located on the island of Antiparos and embraces the philosophy of slow living. The tastiest organic dishes are served in this resort and sustainability is of paramount importance. The 17 cottages have a rustic-chic feel and feature furnished terraces, sundecks, outdoor showers, freshwater pools and views of the Aegean Sea.

4. Amanzoe

Amanzoe will open its doors again on April 21. New is a selection of Wellness Retreats where you can undergo various treatments. For example, there is the Restore & Rebalance Retreat that works to increase your clarity and focus with sound therapy. This year the hotel will also partner with a Tennis Academy to offer private tennis lessons and clinics. 5. Kenshõ Psarou

Kenshō Psarou is one of the newer hotels on Mykonos and is located on a sandy beach. Each of the 31 rooms is decorated with pieces from well-known designers and has its own hot tub or plunge pool. The four-bedroom villa has a private garden and sea views. The hotel's restaurant dishes come from chef Ippokratis Anagnostelis who infuses Mediterranean cuisine with Greek, Japanese and Peruvian flavors.
