Blue Estate Island

Blue Estate Island will be the first floating city in the world on which apartments will be built. From small studios to gigantic country houses with, of course, a view of the Caribbean Sea. The island will be built in 2023 and will be as large as half of Monaco. There is room for shelter for 15.000 people and the intention is to build several companies, schools and hospitals. Rest, cleanliness and regularity… Sounds wonderful, right? It does come with a price tag, because prices start at €25.000 and can go up to €1 billion. And what do you get for that?

The island is flanked by beautiful facades and water bodies, keeping the atmosphere of island life intact. The floating homes offer plenty of space and are a short distance from Miami and the Bahamas. If you are interested in a studio, you will get a modern kitchen and a luxurious bathroom. Does a country house better suit your wishes and needs? Brace yourself, because an oasis of luxury awaits you. In addition to a gigantic garden, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, golf course, several bedrooms and bathrooms and an outdoor kitchen, as the owner of a country house you get several (as yet unknown) privileges.

Privacy has also been taken into account: a 45-meter high wall is being built around the island. If you ever plan to moor with a sloop… Don't try this at the floating home!
