1. 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO

The Ferrari 250 GTO from 1962 was sold for an amount of no less than €44.136,96 million during the RM Sotheby auction in Monterery in 2018. This unique 250 GTO was owned for a while by Ferrari enthusiast and racer Gregory Whitten. This showpiece was driven to the auction house by none other than five-time Le Mans winner Derek Bell. The auction opened with a starting amount of €3 million. Three men competed for the Ferrari 10 GTO in 250 minutes, ultimately breaking a new record.

2. 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO Berlinetta

The Ferrari 250 GTO Berlinetta steals the hearts of many car enthusiasts and takes second place on this famous list. In 2014, this eye-catcher was sold for an amount of €38.115,00 million. For four years this was the highest paid amount at an auction ever, until another Ferrari was auctioned for an even higher amount in 2018. In 1963, the Ferrari 250 GTO Berlinetta was built to compete in the FIA ​​World GT Championships, which this car also won. Only 39.350 GTOs were built by Ferrari and this particular 62-63 example is one of the best maintained cars ever.

3. 1957 Ferrari 335 Sport Scaglietti

The Ferrari 335 Sport Scaglietti has an endless racing history. From a race in the Sebring 12 Hours, via the Migila to Le Mans: the 335 Sport Scaglietti has delivered time and time again. In 2016, Artcurial had the honor of auctioning this historic racing car in the cellars of Rétromobile. This pearl was auctioned for a reasonable €32.552,20 million.
