An impressive villa stands in a nature reserve in the middle of the Netherlands. It makes an impact not only through its scale, but also through its form and use of materials. The residents, a family with young children, dreamed of a genuine family home. A place with enough space for everyone, yet designed for connection. The ENZO architects brought these wishes to life on the drawing board.

The residents, a family with young children, dreamed of a real family home. A home where there is enough space for everyone, but where connection also takes place. The ENZO architects went into the drawing room with these wishes.

Natural light and green ambiance

By ENZO architecture N interior is a three-storey design with a view of the rest of the house from every room. As soon as you enter the villa, you are immediately welcomed by an impressive, closed patio. This patio, with a glass tube over three floors in which a large tree grows, not only provides openness, but also abundant natural light and a green ambiance.

Even in the basement, where the residents work and exercise, there is always sufficient daylight, despite the fact that this part of the house is underground.

Warmth and comfort

Because the house is spacious, it was a challenge to create a homely feeling. By using height differences and various partitions, the spaces have become more compact, creating a cozy atmosphere. The combination of lots of wood, warm colors and high-quality materials gives the house a luxurious appearance that feels like a warm and cozy home.
