Curaçao is one of the most iconic places in the Caribbean. The island with more than 35 beaches, a pleasant tropical temperature all year round, diverse heritage and a melting pot of 55 different cultures. With an open 'live and let live' mentality, a varied cuisine and impressive architecture, there is always life going on. But is it safe to travel? The number of infections is under control and since the reopening of Curaçao to tourists on July 1, many measures have been taken to keep Curaçao safe for visitors and the population. For example, a maximum number of 20.000 visitors per month has been set and all travelers must take a PCR test within 72 hours before departure and upload and carry the negative test result with them. They must also complete a Passenger Locator Card and will be contacted regularly during their stay to monitor their health. Everyone also adheres to the distance. In Curaçao, people maintain a distance of two meters and in places where distance cannot be kept, people wear a face mask. The catering industry closes at ten o'clock in the evening, so plenty of time for dinner and a drink.

With more than 35 beaches you can enjoy the beautiful weather. Relax, have a snack and a drink at a beach club, swim in the warm water of the ocean or discover the various diving spots. For hikers there are unique areas such as the Christoffel and Shete Boka National Parks, the salt pans of Jan Thiel and several beautiful bays. Or walk through Willemstad and discover the rich culture in one of the museums or walk past the street art that colors the streets. And for golf enthusiasts there is also plenty to do at the challenging courses of Blue Bay Golf, Curaçao Golf & Squash Club and Old Quarry Golf Course Curaçao.
