I am proud that this world-class interior design collection is coming to the Conservatorium hotel.”

A stylish, delicious summer

To celebrate the summer days, Taiko would like to invite guests to discover the Taiko Summer Edition, on the terrace and in the Conservatorium Brasserie. Chef Schilo and his culinary team have created an explosive yet delicate summer menu. With the international dishes from the menu of Taiko Dubai and Amsterdam as well as the successes of the Conservatorium Brasserie as building blocks. Famous names include the Wagyu shawarma, Edamame hummus with crispy miso pappadum and lamb kofte Gyoza with pickled raisins.

Restaurant Taiko and the Bar will remain closed for the time being, but this summer the focus will be on the mix 'the best of both worlds' which is served during the Taiko Summer Edition in the Brasserie and on the terrace of the Conservatorium hotel. Guests can enjoy the Taiko summer menu here until October 1 and admire the new Time & Style interior.
