2022 is here. A new year and for many the perfect opportunity for good intentions. What are your good intentions?
“On a personal level, I am going to schedule more free time for myself. I haven't played golf once this year, even though I am a member of a golf club and I am also the main sponsor. That's not really possible, is it? It is really nice to be able to enjoy myself on the green in addition to my business passion, Kazem Aesthetica. I notice that since the COVID period my free time activities have diminished and this is a shame, because my head is sometimes so full. It is important to take that time for myself and that is why this is my good intention for 2022.”
So I'm assuming you're the one who leaves the clinic last every day?
"Yes that's right."
But are you going to change that given your good intentions?
“I trained my team in 2021 so that I can delegate certain matters and am no longer needed for everything. By coaching and properly training my employees, I have more space to focus on traveling more to global conferences. This way I increase my knowledge and get extra energy!”
And the goals you want to achieve with the clinic?
“By transferring more knowledge and expanding certain treatments, Kazem Aesthetica will be even more available to its customers. This year we will also present the SensiSlim
™program in London, we will introduce CoolSculpting Elite in Japan, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand and in a few months we will introduce several revolutionary products such as a collagen booster (the Elixir) and vitamin drinks.”
Why does Kazem Aesthetica choose London anyway?
“As a plastic surgeon, I am registered in England and a large part of my target group is in London. Many customers there choose the high-end service that our clinic offers. So it's time to
expand to this Kingdom! The service in London will consist of collaborations with high-end hotels where the customer can rest well after the Kazem treatments.”
And what goals did you have as a plastic surgeon in 2021? Which of these have been achieved?
“My goal was to appoint a marketing manager, launch the new website, integrate the social media into one whole and hire a new ENT doctor. This all happened.”
America is a great source of inspiration for you. Why?
“The aesthetic field in the United States gives me new ideas, new inspiration and provides a broad network. I am a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, sit on the Education Committee and am often the first to know about new FDA regulations in the Netherlands. In America, the industry has a progressive vision in the field of plastic surgery.”
