1. England 

England top the list with an impressive total transfer value of €1.78 billion. The most valuable player is Jude Bellingham, with an estimated worth of a whopping €180 million. The 20-year-old midfielder left Borussia Dortmund for Real Madrid in July 2023, which paid around €103 million. Other valuable players include talented strikers Bukayo Saka and Phil Foden, who are also highly regarded in the transfer market.

2. France

France follows in second place with a total of €1.22 billion. Valued at €180 million in 2023 and a confirmed transfer to Real Madrid this summer, Kylian Mbappé is not only the crown jewel of the French team, but also tops the list of one of the most valuable players in the world.

3. Portugal 

The Portuguese team has a total value of €1,04 billion. The most valuable players are Rafael Leão and central defender Rúben Dias. Although Cristiano Ronaldo is still a prominent name and tops the list of the highest-paid athletes in the world, his current transfer value is estimated at €15 million.

4. Spain 

With a total value of €1 billion is two-time UEFA EURO winner Spain. 27-year-old midfielder Rodrigo Hernández Cascante – aka Rodri – is the team's most valuable player with an imaginary price tag of €120 million. He made his debut for the Spanish national football team in 2018.

5. Germany 

Germany is in fifth place with a total value of €898 million. This team, full of both experienced players and young talent, has Florian Wirtz as its most valuable player with a transfer value of €130 million. With star players like Joshua Kimmich and Leroy Sane and of course a home match during the European Championship, Germany is a force to be reckoned with.
