As if your agenda wasn't already full enough—you'll happily keep a gap free for this. And not just in the planning, but for all the culinary spectacle that awaits you. In March, Kasteel de Wittenburg in Wassenaar will be transformed into a paradise for gourmets. From refined amuses to spectacular desserts...

From Friday 28 to Sunday 30 March, Kasteel de Wittenburg will be the place to be for lovers of good food. A selection of Michelin chefs will join forces to spoil you – and your favourite table companions – with the most beautiful dishes for an evening. The location itself is extra special: this impressive country house was built in 1899 by order of Jonkheer Helenus Marinus Speelman, a descendant of VOC governor Cornelis Speelman. Once an exclusive private domain, now the perfect setting for an evening full of taste, atmosphere and refinement.

From bubbles to ballroom

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by the Chef de Château with bubbles and refined amuses. Then your culinary journey of discovery begins with a short walk through the castle, where four top chefs will surprise you with exquisite starters. Then you will take a seat in the stylish Oranje Nassau room, where six other chefs will serve their signature dishes.

While you enjoy the dishes, live music creates the right atmosphere. Want to end the evening in style? That's possible. In the lounge café you can enjoy coffee, tea, liqueurs and friandises, or you can step into the ballroom, where a DJ brings the dance floor to life. Don't worry, the wine has of course been carefully selected.

Among others, Martin Kruithof from De Lindenhof in Giethoorn**, Eric van Loo from Parkheuvel in Rotterdam**, Wilco Berends from De Nederlanden in Vreeland* and Thomas van Santvoort from Flicka in Kerkdriel* are ready to test your taste buds. And as if that's not enough, they are joined by six more Michelin-starred master chefs.
