It is an interesting market in which a lot is happening and in which we as Studio can provide great added value and can certainly make a difference.” “I can now sincerely say that we are specialized in increasing the level of quality and living enjoyment in the high -end residential sector. As a multifunctional Studio, we are very capable of creating interesting layout plans that appeal to both the developer and the individual buyer. But of course we can do more than just that important aspect. We are often involved in the project when the architect is still in the preliminary design, so that we can use our broad expertise at an early stage, also in the field of facade design. After all, we design from the inside out, so that the interior fits seamlessly with the exterior and vice versa. For a number of years now we have also been designing the exteriors for villas, both for developers and for private individuals. This is a wonderful addition to our services. The first Studio Mariska Jagt homes are being built in various places in the Netherlands and throughout Europe. Something that is of course incredibly cool to experience and definitely leaves you wanting more. This way we can realize a total concept that we can fully tailor to the wishes and lifestyle of our client.” “Of course we also provide the designs for the interiors for the various projects, which are initially expressed in renders. These digital images that are barely distinguishable from a real photo are used for sales brochures and websites. The designs are also realized in model homes. But we also sit down with individual buyers to advise them on their own home, so that we can create their own 'home' if desired.

It is wonderful to sit at the drawing board with the developer and then realize several individual homes per building. We will soon start with the eight luxury homes in the Bold project in Amsterdam. We ultimately deliver eight individual houses in the building and not one house is the same. Each home has its own character, tailored to the resident. I am looking forward to the end result and hope that everyone will feel very much at home in that beautiful place in Amsterdam.”
