The impressive book was festively launched at the launch of MASTERS BOOKAZINE by John Heitinga. The guest editor-in-chief, together with editor-in-chief Bart-Jan Brouwer, provided a MASTERS #42 in which you get to know Heitinga better both as a player and as a person. With a suitable location, namely at Ron Gastrobar Indonesia in Amstelveen. Text: Bart-Jan Brouwer and Mical Joseph

And Ron Blaauw is a good acquaintance of his. Not only did they work together for the Plate for our Heroes campaign, they also climbed the Alpe d'Huez together. Of course John came up first. “He's like a mouse going up,” said the chef. John is very proud of his magazine, which contains 'the longest interview I have ever given'. After the nasi, ajam, satay and sajoer lodeh, the guests, including Ronald de Boer, actress Liza Sips and Frank Peereboom, opponent analyst at Ajax I, took a copy home. Reading material for the holidays!
