What increases the pleasure of traveling better than gastronomic food and drinks? Well, indeed: this was exactly the reason to launch the new concept. Of Epicurean Perfection presents Regent eleven Epicurean Spotlight Voyages which will start in 2023, 2024 and 2025. These eleven new cruises promise to offer travelers an exceptional culinary experience with some of the most talented and successful professionals in world gastronomy.

Epicurean Perfection goes beyond the traditional culinary offering at sea and invites guests to taste and discover the world around them with Unrivaled Cuisine, Epicurean Explorations en Epicurean Enrichment. The new concept was co-developed by the expert culinary teams of Regent Seven Seas Cruises and includes a multitude of activities. President, Andrea DeMarco is very excited about the launch: “We want to give our guests an unprecedented culinary experience, both on board and ashore, with our offering of world-class restaurants, culinary excursions, tours, workshops and tastings.”

Epicurean Spotlight Voyages
Just to name an example of a total of eleven exceptional ones Epicurean Spotlight Voyages this year, for example, the cruise from Sewerd to Vancouver is from June 21. A culinary journey through the Alaskan wilderness with journalist, writer and author Mark Bittman and Executive Chef Wolfgang Maier from Regent. An excellent opportunity for guests to discover the local cuisine and traditions during excursions and cooking demonstrations with Mark. Chef Wolfgang shows how the onboard culinary team sources local ingredients and how they use them to perfect the culinary offering on board.
Or how about a Epicurean Spotlight Voyage through Greece and Turkey with Chef Fearing. Also called the “Father of American Southwestern Cuisine”. Fearing's eponymous restaurant at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Dallas has won numerous awards, including being named “#1 in Hotel Dining” by the prestigious Zagat Survey. The chef treats guests to typical Texan cuisine on board Seven Seas Splendor® and reveals his cooking techniques during demonstrations and presentations. He also goes ashore with the guests to discover local flavors and traditions.
