Encore by Simonis

Located in the old Fish Auction of Scheveningen you will find the restaurant of the Simonis family business. Simonis' smoked eel has been a household name on the Scheveningen market since 1880 and fish has always played a major role over the years. Alain, Giovanni, Naomi and Joëlle Simonis currently run the company. At MASTERS EXPO, Encore by Simonis will provide delicious snacks as you would expect from the Scheveningen family. In addition, a glimpse of the culinary veil is lifted with ELEVEN Beso by Simonis: the new restaurant that will open in 2023 in The Hague. Spanish-inspired dishes combined with matching wines and cocktails. ¡Buen apetito! 

MASTERS Dai Ragazzi

This year Dai Ragazzi will take up residence in the lobby of MASTERS EXPO. And that means that you can start the trade fair day here with the perfect cup of espresso or cappuccino. But it is also wonderful to relax here with good wines, champagne, culinary sandwiches and fresh delicacies. For example, try the caviar from House of Caviar & Fine Food combined with a Taittinger Brut Reserve from VINVIN or a Chablis from Laurent Richard Pêre & Fils.

Stop by this pop-up restaurant for a delicious grilled avocado sandwich, an Italian hot dog or a burrata salad. And good news: At Number 1 the food is prepared a-la-minute. Only with the best ingredients, without the addition of strengthening extracts. 

BOATHOUSE Vinkeveen

BOATHOUSE Vinkeveen is a restaurant located on the Vinkeveense Plassen. With three fantastic terraces on the water, two of which are covered, it is a great place to stay in both summer and winter. From December 8 to 12, the restaurant will temporarily move to hall 10. Enjoy Italian and Asian delights at this location at MASTERS EXPO.

AYCE – Luxury Cocktail Sorbets

AYCE is the first in the Netherlands to convert the flavors of different cocktails into sorbets. AYCE is available in the flavors Pornstar Martini, Strawberry Daiquiri and Piña Colada. At MASTERS EXPO, AYCE's latest ice cream flavor, called Yuzu Daiquiri, will be presented to the general public. Yuzu, a citrus fruit from East Asia, is very difficult to obtain in the Netherlands, which makes this flavor very exclusive…  

Restaurant M*

Restaurant M*, the most talked-about gastronomic concept in the Netherlands, has received a record number of 54 Michelin stars this year. MASTERS EXPO
