The brasserie offers modern French cuisine with influences from all over the world. Whether you are a meat, fish or vegan lover: at Vessel there is something for every gourmet. On the menu you will find goat cheese ravioli, pearl barley salad with vegan feta, steak tartare with an Asian twist and the popular braised beef with coconut gravy.
If your mouth is not watering enough, the newest pearl on Vessel's menu are the strawberry & pistachio croissants. A normal croissant that Vessel gives a generous upgrade.
