Guests are welcomed in Restaurant M* by host Carsten Klint. This year, 34 star chefs represent no fewer than 54 Michelin stars, a record number. The guests could also enjoy musically, namely the singers from music restaurant Pasta e Basta, entrepreneur and singer Jolijn Middelhoff. Two special star lunches were on the program in Restaurant M*: The Official Preview lunch and De Heerenlunch.

The Official Preview Lunch

On the opening day of MASTERS EXPO, The Exclusive Preview, the doors of Restaurant M* opened for the first time to prominent business figures, creatives, entrepreneurs, media personalities and athletes for a star lunch. Nelson Tanate from De Librije ***, Stefan van Sprang from Aan de Poel **, François Geurds from FG Food Labs * & FG Restaurant ** and Arjan Speelman from Ciel Bleu ** provided this opening lunch.

The Gentlemen's Lunch

Prominent gentlemen took their seats at the table during De Heerenlunch in MASTERS EXPO's Restaurant M*. Dick Middelweerd from De Treeswijkhoeve**, Martin Kruithof from De Lindenhof** and Yuri Wiesen from Restaurant Wiesen* stood shoulder to shoulder to provide the guests with a delicious lunch.
