Flying Dutchman – Amsterdam

This cocktail bar on the Singel in Amsterdam is definitely worth a visit. The cocktails here are top-notch. It is therefore not surprising that the Flying Dutchman has already been nominated several times for the best cocktail bar in the world. The bar is run by a cocktail guru Tess Posthumous en Timo Janse. The two know each other from their time at cocktail bar Door 75, which has been chosen several times as one of the best cocktail bars in the world.

Bar Wigbolt – Haarlem

A stone's throw from the Grote Markt, Wigbolt is run by two true Haarlemmers. The bar was even voted the best bar in Haarlem by the Haarlem public and the professional jury in 2015 and 2016. The menu contains a few classics, but you should also be surprised by Wigbolt's signature drinks.

Owner David Trampe has created a swinging mix of a bar, restaurant, tasting room and cantina in the port city. The Mexican-inspired cocktail bar is a place where the novice cocktail drinker and mezcal lover will have a wonderful evening.
