The most special, inspiring and popular works of art from these editions will return to the Amsterdam waters, consisting of various techniques and applications of light. There will also be a number of new works of art on display, resulting from educational projects and collaborations. A total of 23 light artworks will illuminate the city during the anniversary edition of the light festival.
Celebrate Light
This year there will again be a theme associated with the Amsterdam Light Festival. The tenth edition will focus on 'Celebrate Light'. To pay tribute to the theme, the light artworks will continue to illuminate the city after 17.00 p.m. until 22.00 p.m. Amsterdam Light Festival brings a little more lighting to the city in these dark days.
