Alpine presents A110 R and A290 at MASTERS EXPO

During MASTERS EXPO, Alpine will showcase two of their flagship models: the A110 R and the brand new A290. Both demonstrate how the French brand combines speed, style and innovation in perfect measure.

During MASTERS EXPO, Alpine will be putting the spotlight on not one, but two of their showpieces: the A110 R Turini and the brand new A290. Both models show that the French brand knows how to perfectly combine speed, style and innovation: 'très bien!'

With the A290, Alpine sets a new standard for electric sports cars: compact, powerful and completely ready for the future. 

This racing car is also 100% French: the model rolls off the production line at the factory in Douai (ElectriCity), the electric motor comes from the Megafactory in Cléon and from 2025 the battery will also be produced in the country. 

In terms of design, everything revolves around aerodynamics. From the air intakes in the front bumper to the side skirts and diffuser, everything is designed to maximise the range. The ducktail at the rear adds a sporty touch without disrupting the streamlined profile.

The A290 comes standard with 19-inch alloy wheels, with the Iconic and Snowflake variants a nod to Alpine’s iconic models. With Brembo brake calipers – in Racing Red or Alpine Blue – identical to those on the A110, you know this car isn’t just going to look the part, it’s going to perform seriously too. 

Made for the track

From the lowered chassis to the lightweight, aerodynamic design, this car is made for the track, but fully approved for the public road. Thanks to the diffuser, side skirts and spoiler, the A110 R generates up to 29 kg of additional downforce, while drag has been reduced by 5%. This results in a top speed of 285 km/h and a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4 seconds.
