A work of art made of gin

David van Linschoten and his partners are developing a Van Linschoten Slagers Gin limited edition box especially for MASTERS EXPO. From December 8 to 12, a wall of 250 boxes will be built at the exclusive business fair in the Amsterdam RAI, which will be painted as one large work of art by AAAFresh123. Each limited edition gin box is a unique piece of a large work of art, with of course beautiful contents. When purchasing a gin box, the buyer will also receive a signed and numbered copy, printed on linen paper, of the painting that AAAfresh123 painted on October 1, 2018. This in honor of the 110th anniversary of the butcher's shop, where on the same evening the butchers gin was launched.

Fourth generation family business

Exactly, family of… On October 1, 1908, Slagerij Van Linschoten was founded, which is now a household name in 010 and far beyond. Exactly 110 years later, on October 1, 2018, the fourth generation of the family business, David van Linschoten, added Van Linschoten Slagers Gin to the empire.

When the butcher's shop existed for 110 years in 2018, the family had a gin distilled at Distilleerderij Onder de Boompjes based on their own steak spices called Van Linschoten Slagers Gin. Together with his brother Hubert van Linschoten and a mutual friend, the Rotterdam kingdom of gin is now a great success.
