Founder of BrandedU, the institute for female leadership with the mission of increasing the visibility of women in the business world. According to Nancy: ''BrandedU is an institute for female leadership. Women can come to us for coaching, courses and events. We listen to the women, hear what they are dealing with and help them to develop and position themselves. I meet women of whom I think: everyone should know how good you are. We really go looking for the treasures and that is why we find them. We do this by asking a lot of questions. Going back to what their why is. What are they doing it for? Why? And only then look at how they can use this in their company.” Nancy has developed a unique personal branding method that focuses on authenticity. This year she launched the Women's Visibility Awards 2024: a wonderful platform for role models who make a difference.
