Sometimes the future feels like it's slowly creeping closer. But in the world of high-end mobility and design, it's more likely to arrive around the corner with a squeal of tires and a deep V12 roar. In the latest edition of MASTERS' LXRY List 2026, we highlight five striking innovations behind the wheel of tomorrow.
New supercar
New British car brand Garagisti & Co has developed a supercar that will make Ferrari and Lamborghini owners drool. The Garagisti & Co GP1 boasts a proprietary V12 engine with a 6,6-liter displacement, and no turbos. This engine delivers a whopping 800 hp at 9.000 rpm. Torque is 700 Nm, and the car is mated to a six-speed manual transmission. The GP1 costs over €2,8 million excluding taxes and will be released in a limited edition of just 25 units.
Danish powerhouse of 1.850 hp
Denmark's Zenvo will launch the Aurora in 2026, a supercar with an insanely powerful drivetrain featuring a whopper of a combustion engine. The Zenvo Aurora comes in two flavors. The most powerful version, the Aurora Tur, is equipped with a 1.250 hp 6.6-liter V12 engine with four turbochargers and no fewer than three 200 hp electric motors. This brings the total system output to a whopping 1.850 hp and 1.700 Nm, good for acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 2,3 seconds, 0 to 200 km/h (124 mph) in 9 seconds, 0 to 400 km/h (149 mph) in just 17 seconds, and a top speed of 450 km/h (287 mph). The second version, the Aurora Agil, also features a 1.250 hp 6.6-liter V12 engine under the hood, but is supported by only a single 200 hp electric motor. The system output, at 1.450 hp and 1.400 Nm, is still nothing short of astonishing. The Agil reaches 0-100 km/h (62 mph) in 2,5 seconds, 200 km/h (122 mph) in 4,6 seconds, and 300 km/h (192 mph) in just 10 seconds, with a top speed of 365 km/h (227 mph). According to the Danes, both models offer an electric range of up to 35 kilometers (22 miles). Fifty units of both the Aurora Tur and the Aurora Agil will be built.
Pure sensation: one copy, 2.031 hp
Hennessey Special Vehicles has unveiled the Venom F5 Revolution LF. A hypercar that's not only extremely powerful, but also truly unique—only one ever built. With 2.031 hp from its 6.6-liter twin-turbo V8 "Fury" engine, this is a brutal powerhouse. But it's the details that make it so special, like a new carbon fiber body in a warm Cocoa Brown hue, a classic six-speed manual transmission with a metallic H-pattern, and an interior that feels like a bespoke watchmaker. This one-of-one is the result of Hennessey's new Maverick division, where customers can create their ultimate dream car. In this case, American entrepreneur Louis Florey worked closely with the designers and engineers. The result: a hypercar that feels more personal and analog than ever, yet is also the most extreme Venom F5 yet. The LF is also technically advanced. A new carbon fiber monocoque, refined aerodynamics with a massive rear wing, and a modified suspension provide stability at speeds most cars can't even approach. According to founder John Hennessey, this is the ultimate expression of the American Dream: "Our customers dream big – we make those dreams come true."
Floating monolith
Internationally acclaimed designers George Lucian and Hannah Hombergen are working in Monaco on their latest creation: Project Monolith. This 100-meter-long, hydrogen-powered megayacht promises a revolution in nautical design and sustainable propulsion. Inspired by the iconic monolith from the film 2001: A Space Odyssey The yacht presents itself as a floating work of art: a minimalist, obsidian-black structure that blurs the lines between architecture and shipbuilding.
