LEKKER Boats is expanding its fleet with a hybrid variant of the iconic Damsko 750. From city to open sea: the innovative hybrid engine makes the Damsko 750 Adapt perfectly tailored to every situation.
With the new model, silent sailing and brute force go hand in hand; an excellent balance between fully electric cruising in the city, a hybrid mode for along the coast and powerful diesel performance for the open water – perfect for showing off your waterskiing or wakeboarding skills…
"Sacrificing strength was not an option for us"
The Damsko 750 Adapt sails completely electrically for up to four hours with the 20 kWh electric motor and reaches a top speed of 70 km per hour on the Mercruiser 270 Diesel engine.
As one of the pioneers within the industry, LEKKER has successfully introduced a hybrid engine that works on a “stern drive” drive. The model distinguishes itself by its good maneuverability, precise steering and unparalleled fast sailing properties compared to comparable hybrid variants that work with a propeller shaft.
Roel ten Hoopen of LEKKER Boats: 'We expect something different from a sloop at any time. Cities and ports are making increasingly higher demands, including electric sailing. But sacrificing strength was not an option for us. That makes the Damsko 750 Adapt unique: for the first time it is possible to enjoy a city in complete silence and the next moment to be water skiing on the open sea.'
